I am writing this e-mail to you as I wanted to give you my heartfelt gratitude for your assistance in purchasing my very first property.

I came to Canada as an immigrant just a few years back. And I am proud to call this wonderful country my home. While I have always been lucky to find the most kind and helpful people here, you are definitely the epitome of kindness and generosity.  

I still remember when I visited you in your office for the first time, you incurred a lot of your time to make sure that I was comfortable and had a walkthrough of the entire process from the beginning of the decision to buy a property till the very end part of the procedures. And even how to go about after the closing. You have always been extremely kind to answer any questions that I had during the entire process. Really thankful to you.

You have also been extremely understanding of my specific situation and have always presented with solutions that fit best for my situation. You do not present your clients with a one-size-fits-all solution. This definitely informs others that you really care about your clients. A great quality, I must say.

Your extreme caring, humble, kind, generous and warm hearted nature makes one think that “Larry is not just a one time agent, he is our agent for life.” And in addition, the way you are, I have no doubt that everyone, just like me, would think that if people come to us mentioning that they are planning to buy a place, without giving a second thought, we can mention that “Larry is the person you should go and see. He’s the best and will take really good care of you, and explain everything to you.”

Just a couple days back, I also remember when the concierge was not able to release the key directly to me and requested to get either my agent or my lawyer, you were immediately available on the phone and immediately came over to help with the release of the keys to me. It was so wonderful to have an agent that is available to, not only answer questions, but also to literally be there for us. This was extremely helpful and great of you to do. I really appreciate that. Thank you very much.

Larry is not your ordinary realtor; he is not in for the quick transaction and the easy cash. He works very hard and goes above and beyond the duty. He helped us finding our first rental in Toronto after moving from the West coast on the coldest February registered in Toronto's history (yes, we hit -40c wind chill on that month). It wasn't easy for any of us but Larry worked very hard. Even when probably the commission was not very big on this transaction he showed us a lot of properties and he took care of it all till possession.
